"I do like the feel of this, ..."
I do like the feel of this, it’s soft and doesn’t seem super heavy when I first put it on. That said, it takes longer to sink into my skin than I was hoping, so I usually have to wait a bit before getting dressed. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, and I’ll still use it, but it’s not the easiest choice when I’m in a hurry. Probably better for someone who doesn’t mind a richer lotion and has a little extra time.

"Helped a little, but am I missing something?"
It seemed to work okay at first and the rash looked a bit better, but then it came back. Am I missing something here, like needing to use it longer or pair it with something else? It helped a bit, just didn’t fully clear things up for me.

"Nice cream, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price"
I tried balmonds for my dry skin and, to be fair, it was decent. It felt comfortable on my skin, didn’t sting or irritate anything, and it did help a bit with the dryness.
That said, reading between the lines, I think I was expecting something a little more special for the price. The pot is quite small and I got through it faster than I thought I would. I’ve used cheaper creams that worked about the same for me, so while it’s a good product, I’m not sure I’d rush to buy it again

"I’d probably order it again"
I’ve only tried it once so far, but it was decent overall. I’d say there’s about a 70% chance I’d buy it again if I needed something like this.

"Ingredients seem okay, but not amazing"
The ingredients look decent overall, like... there’s some good stuff in there. But, i did notice a few potential irritants too, so I’m not totally blown away.

"Didn't work for my sensitive skin at all"
I really thought this was going to be gentle, but my skin reacted almost right away. It got super red and itchy, so I ended up washing it off quickly and stopped using it. Maybe it’s fine for people with less sensitive skin, but for me it was definitely not okay. I’m disappointed because I was hoping it would calm my skin down, not make it worse. Has anyone else with sensitive skin had this happen too?

"Decent, but my skin didn’t love it"
It felt like it was doing something at first, and my gut reaction was that it might be a good fit. But the moisture didn’t really last for me. My dry patches came back quickly, so it’s okay, just not something I’d call amazing

"I felt like I was being ignored..."
I felt like I was being ignored most of the time. When I finally did get a response, it barely helped at all, which was just ridiculous. I expected better support and left feeling frustrated

"Couldn’t deal with the smell"
I just couldn’t get past the scent. It was really strong and had this old, herby smell that didn’t feel fresh to me at all. I get that some people like more natural scents, but this one lingered on my skin and kind of wore me down. At this point I’m too tired of dealing with products that don’t work out and then having to figure out returns or customer service, so I just stopped using it

The delivery was slow, I ended up waiting almost two weeks before it finally arrived.

I ordered from balmonds.com i don’t think I’m being too picky here — the packaging was poor. The box arrived crushed, the lid was loose, and some of the cream had leaked inside the parcel. I get that deliveries can be a bit rough sometimes, but this just made the whole order feel careless and not really what I expected

"Didn't really work for my eczema"
I know it might help other people, but for me it just didn’t do much. I tried it during an eczema flare and didn’t notice much relief, so I can only speak from my own experience.
